Sammy Hatzenbihler: It's just time bro. You gotta know your limit and train from there. Take a ! hot 30 min bath and soak it off. You could also look into dit ! da jow (think that's how it's spelled) seeing as you into old style stuff. I'm an old school bro myself. What I did was bury a post in the ground and tap my shin and forearms on it. I now can smack it and it won't hurt.
