Employment Law/Human Resource in CA question.?

An employee at my place of employment who gets snippy with my management? 3 strikes and your out. Insofar, as the new policy you are correct the way how they want to handle it could certainly lead to illegal practices, but regardless if you sign that paper if they are reported to The Department of Labor wage and hour division that paper is as good as the paper in the bathroom. Charline Granes: the reason I put attitude in quotes is because that is their word, not mine. I use my brain and question authority that is unjust, instead of being a sheep... I have never had any other employer in my 20 year work history say I have an attitude problem.
