Davis Zou: they should be able to design one for you
Hermina Ketring: If they are unable to design it, I would not trust them to put it on my body. Come on it's how they make a living.
Cherlyn Tefera: your artist i would hope can DESIGNdepends on how much detail and how many sessions you need
Melvina Bieri: Yes, that is what they do. It is their job. Find a really good and skilled tattoo artist, look at portfolios and on line. Don't bargain shop, it is better to pay what is asked for quality work, and take your time getting the sleeve done. Plan the tattoo with your tattoo artist, and then start with the primary or main tattoo that holds the theme, and do the images one at a time. Or you can get the outlines done and then go from their. Your tattoo artist will help you with this. You will have multiple sessions, with at least 1 month between sessions for healing. You would pay as you go. You need to bring good references, more than you may need, so that ! the tattoo artist can work out sizes and layout and take your anatomy into account for the sleeve design. luck~...Show more
Charlotte Bryar: Yes, they could probably do it if you pay them enough and let them have at it. But they'll want to know what you want, or come up with ideas for you before just doing it.If you just want a sleeve with whatever on it...find an apprentice, and ask them if they want a blank canvas...some might do it for free or very cheap, just to get the experience.
